Your trainer will design a customized training program based on your strengths, weaknesses and goals. You will be guided during the whole session making sure you perform each exercise with the right technique to hit the right muscle and prevent any injury. Your trainer will work with you, in and out the gym, to keep you motivated and guide you towards your goals.
